Well, Spartanburg Schools are closed, but we have NO snow. Makenna just said, "But Mom, I wanted to go to school today." Hopefully, she will always feel this way. :) We got (kind of) excited last night when they were predicting all of the snow. I'm not really a snow person, but the only "snow" Makenna has seen was last year with the ice on top. So, I would love for it to snow for her. Also, she's been praying every day for snow.
Sunday morning, when it was snowing here, she ran to the window and said, "Mom, look! God answered my prayer!" It just doesn't get any better that that!
So, here we are today. Randy is gone with his dad to take some fence up to his great uncle in Sapphire, NC. I'm not a mountain lover, but I love the name of their area. How cool to say that you live in Sapphire???
He has an interview tomorrow with a recruiter, and we're praying it will open more doors. God is good!!!
