The Bethlehem Walk

The church where we have been visiting has an annual Bethlehem walk. We had never gone and decided to brave the cold (see how bundled up we were in the picture above). My parents went with us, and because my dad takes blood thinner, it was colder to him. We decided for them to stay in the car while we waited in line, and he did okay. It was AMAZING! It was as if we were going to Bethlehem. We picked up a gold coin at the beginning to pay our taxes. They even had a scroll for everyone to sign for the census. I was proud of Makenna. She signed her own name to the scroll. Everything was very realistic! Take a look at the pictures.

This little boy is in Makenna's class at school. Isn't he a doll?

This is one of my former students.

Another former student!

It really made me think about what Mary must have gone through. She sure was an amazing woman!

Another former student... she was on top of the manger scene. I know she was freezing, but she was gorgeous!

The lamb that was spared because Jesus became the True Lamb of God when He died on the cross.

The good news!!!!! He arose!!!
If you and your family live in the GSP area, you HAVE to visit the Bethlehem Walk next year!
