This is our latest family member.... Madi.... not sure of her registered name... maybe Madeline, but she is definitely a Madi.
As many of you know, our Asha died last May due to complications of thyroid issues. It was so hard to lose her, and we've almost a whole year without a dog. We have a cat and a rabbit, but it's just not the same. After lots of begging and convincing, Randy finally agreed to get Makenna a dog for her birthday. 
We've never house trained a dog, but since we will be taking her camping with us, it is necessary. We are enjoying it, and Madi is doing great. She's only had one accident since we got her on Wednesday night. 
We went to Petsmart last night, and now she is one spoiled Lab. I couldn't resist this pictures last night with both of them sound asleep on the couch. 
Makenna is being a great mommy to Madi. She got up with me 6 times the first night and never complained. She is basically doing all of the outside potty trips. I'm so proud of my girl!
