We met our friends in the airport when we were getting ready to board for Guatemala. Kyra is 1 month older than Makenna, and we finalized our adoptions on the same day. Because we live 5 hours apart, we don't get to see each other often. This is the first time in almost 2 years. I can't believe it! Look at how beautiful the girls are together. They will always have a connection...

We all watch The Food Network Cake Challenges. My mom just came up with the idea for she and MC to decorate a cake together, and it grew from there. My mom and sister actually cater, decorate cakes, or are art teachers, so they weren't allowed to participate. We had so much fun.
