1 - Makenna said the sweetest prayer at supper tonight. She said, "Thank you God as this day ends for my family and my friends. Thank you God for this day. Thank you God for everything you give us. Thank you God for the rain for the flowers to grow. We really like it that way. In Jesus' name, Amen." Nothing warms my heart like listening to her pray.
2 - Randy and I recently went through the Fireproof couples class at church. Pam was our teacher, and there were about 20 couples. It was an awesome experience. I've always appreciated Randy, but hearing how other ladies are always trying to get their husbands to help them around the house made me realize how much he does help. At the end of the class, we all went out for dinner and played the Newlywed Game. We came in 2nd, and I was proud!!!
3- School is crazy right now. We are in the middle of PASS testing. My students took ELA yesterday and math today. Tomorrow is science and soc. st. Half of the kids take each one. The catch is that no one knows who takes what until I pick up the books in the morning. I'm so proud of my students. The tests have been long and hard, but they have worked diligently. I hope their scores are AWESOME!!!
4 - Makenna graduates from K4 tomorrow night. She has the cutest little pink cap and gown you've ever seen. I will update pics as soon as I can.
5 - I'm still having headaches. I'm feeling very discouraged. I've been to the chiropractor 3 times and to my internist. They both think it is sinus related but not an infection. I think I may be allergic to something at school. Over the weekend, it seemed to be better. It was still there, but not nearly as bad. Since I've been back at school this week, it has come back little by little until today. It has hurt SO bad today. Please pray that it will get better.
6 - Randy's dad is doing better. Thank you for your prayers.
7 - Please continue to pray for my brother. He is trying to get joint custody of his daughter. I guess all divorces are ugly, but this seems to be bad. He needs all the prayers he can get.
